Coverpan in Japan: Our experience at MOBAC SHOW 2025
A few weeks ago we had the incredible opportunity to participate in one of the most outstanding events in the bakery and equipment sector at international level: MOBAC SHOW, held in the city of Osaka, Japan.
It has been an experience that not only allowed us to present our solutions, but also to get closer to a market full of potential and to open new paths towards innovation and sustainability.
What is MOBAC SHOW?
MOBAC SHOW is a reference fair in Asia that brings together the main players in the world of bakery, confectionery and specialised machinery. From 18 to 21 February, manufacturers, distributors and industry professionals gathered to learn about the latest trends, discover innovative products and establish business relationships at a global level.
For Coverpan, attending this fair has been a very significant step in our internationalisation process. Japan is a market with a great tradition in bakery, but also with a growing concern for sustainability and innovation in packaging, values with which we feel completely aligned.
Sustainability as a driver for change
One of the most exciting aspects of this experience was to see how sustainability is becoming more and more important in the bakery sector in Japan. Many visitors were particularly interested in our PackInGreen® solutions, which are compostable and recyclable, aware of the need to move towards a more environmentally responsible model.
This interest reinforces our conviction that sustainability is not just a passing trend, but a real commitment that we share with our customers and partners around the world. At Coverpan, we firmly believe that the future of the industry is to innovate without forgetting to take care of the planet, and this is what we conveyed in every conversation we had at the MOBAC SHOW.
New horizons and key connections
Beyond presenting our products, our participation in the fair allowed us to strengthen ties with industry professionals, learn about new demands from the Asian market and explore opportunities for collaboration in the medium and long term. Every contact and exchange of ideas has been valuable to continue learning and growing as a company.
